Before enrolling in Holistic PCOS

I really wanted to get my period regular, understand my body and my diagnosis, get a handle on my cravings, and feel more energetic/less foggy. I didn’t want to be on long-term meds like Metformin, and I wanted to see if I could achieve those results with diet and lifestyle.

Now…

I’ve definitely cleaned up my diet and I know how to choose foods that are going to make me feel better!

I have started moving my body more, and I have just overall developed a better mindset when it comes to my body and the relationship I have with it.

I still have my days of frustration, but this program taught me that that’s a normal part of living with a lifelong condition. Instead, it’s helped me shift so they come from a place of love and understanding now!

I know that the issues I am dealing with, I will likely deal with for a long time, but now I have a better understanding of what is happening and why, so I am able to make better decisions for myself and my health.

The Biggest Change for Me?

Aside from getting my period on track, not feeling like a victim to my cravings, and regaining a lot of that energy I had lost..it’s the self love.

It’s not about “what does my body look like?” anymore - it’s more like “how do I feel?” I’m finally being who I want to be and feeling how I want to feel, and these weekly coaching calls have been so key for that. Holistic health can be overwhelming - it’s a whole life change if you really want to do it right, so having the weekly support has been really helpful to making incremental changes slowly.”
