I have the best skin I’ve had in 10 years, and today is day 1 of my period and I’m SHOCKED at how few PMS symptoms I have. My mood and energy levels have both been high, and I don’t get the afternoon slump like I used to. I have more resilience, and I feel really connected with my body and understand my cycle and hormones.

I would 100% recommend this program to all of my friends (and have been asking them if they have PCOS!) because I truly thought I was taking care of myself and eating healthfully, but there was so much I didn't know that I didn't know.
